Another Move

Buenos Dias everyone and Happy Spring!

“But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind." ||Job 12:7-10||

I'm sorry I haven't been active lately there has been a lot going on. In the course of 1 1/2 years I've now lived in three different places, our most recent just happening this week to North Carolina. I'm not going to lie it's beautiful here and while I miss my friends back in my last town and the one before that I truly believe God has a plan.
People are a lot nicer in the south then up north. Everyone waves to you here or shoots you a smile. Up north people put their heads down and walk, always busy. You will always have your busy bodies, that's what makes the world go round, but here everyone seems to step back a bit taking time to acknowledge your existence and sometimes even strike up a conversation with you. It amazes me how different the world is a few states away. Aside from the South's pretty souls and southern hospitality the nature provided at my current house is breathtaking. We have trees over 200 feet tall and our own pond (that came with complimentary ducks ;). Dogwood petals and pine cones are all over the place. the sounds of locust and birds and crickets and squirrels all come together to form this kind of calming symphony that helps clear my mind.

Another part of moving is changing schools. I don't start till tomorrow or Thursday but  Kathleen starts today. I know she'll do well shes a little social butterfly.

  1. I am VERY happy for your family Hayley! I have wanted to visit the SE USA for quite awhile now (one of my kids lives there) and hopefully that dream will come true someday. Beautiful photos, beautiful verse! Love your faith:)

  2. I've never moved house (I used to want to, but now I don't like the idea of someone sleeping in my room haha), but I think that the hard work and stress pays off if you are happy where you moved to, and you seem very happy :) I love the bible verse and the photos!
Also, I tagged you to do The Text Tag over on my blog. I hope you'll do it! :)

    1. When you move you think about all kinds of odd things like that, will they repaint? Where will they put their Christmas tree (if they're religious)? What will be the first box they unpack? Will they enjoy the view as much as I did? And the list goes on :)

I have a mountain of homework to complete and other then that life is a little hectic right now, but when I get the chance I would love to be a part of the text Tag!
      Thanks for stopping by,
